Previously we already wrote about several things you should know about PMS and as we promised now we will tell you how to make your PMS easier. So without further due, here are tips to make your PMS easier. 

Check it out girls (guys: you should also pay attention :P).

  1. Stress and depression will make your PMS worst. Keep yourself calm, you could do various activities such as yoga, meditation or a simple breathing exercise.
  2. Sunlight could reduce your PMS. You could try to expose yourself to the sun (morning not daylight) for about 20 minutes since the sunlight could stimulate the serotonin and your mood level.
